As a leadership and organisation development business which, among other things, delivers coaching, training and workshops across the UK and Ireland, the recent news (23 March 2020) that the whole of the UK is now in "lockdown" might have had a significant impact on our ability to support our clients.
Fortunately, our business is agile and adaptable; and we are embracing technology to continue to work virtually and remotely, working with our clients via virtual workshops, video calls and online coaching. However, we too have had to learn and have had some help from experts to ensure we make the most efficient use of the technology available to continue to deliver excellent user experiences.
And it's good to share; so we are keen to pass on some hints and tips based on our experiences as team mates, hosts and presenters of our own virtual presentations. Here are some of the things we have learned:
